We are based in Florida and provide services exclusively to licensed Florida real estate professionals. References to "Closebly," "we," "us," or "our" refer to this business.

When you contact us, create an account, subscribe, or submit a transaction, we may collect:

• Identity information: your name, email address, phone number, and Florida real estate license number
• Business information: brokerage name, team size (for Team plans), and other professional details
• Transaction information: contract documents, property addresses, buyer and seller names, deadlines, lender information, and other data related to the real estate transactions you submit
• Communications: emails, messages, and notes exchanged with Closebly regarding your transactions or account

Information collected automatically

When you visit our website, we may automatically collect:

• Usage data: pages viewed, time spent, links clicked, and referring URLs
• Device data: browser type, operating system, IP address, and device identifiers
• Cookies: small files stored on your device (see Section 6)

Information from third parties

We may receive limited information from payment processors (Stripe) or analytics providers in connection with your account or purchases. We do not purchase or receive personal data from data brokers.

• Transaction parties: We communicate with title companies, lenders, inspectors, HOA management companies, and other parties involved in your real estate transaction — but only the information necessary to coordinate the deal (property address, deadlines, your contact info as the agent)
• Service providers: We use trusted third-party tools to operate our business, including Stripe (payments), email service providers, and document management platforms. These providers access your data only to perform services on our behalf and are bound by data protection agreements
• Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of Closebly, our clients, or the public

5. Payment Information

All payment processing is handled by Stripe, a PCI-DSS-compliant payment processor. Closebly does not store, see, or have access to your full credit or debit card number, CVV, or bank account details. Transaction documents (contracts, addenda, correspondence) may be retained longer if required by applicable brokerage or state record-keeping rules.
